Ski Teal We Drop was released with the Swiss Collection from Fall 2010. This is the only one I own from this collection and - in my opinion - the prettiest one.
This a dark teal creme shade, opaque
This photo was taken before my trip to France but I didn’t had the time to post it here. These almost 3 weeks have gone so fast that I feel I’ll wake tomorrow and the Spring would already be there !
Time goes by really too fast.
Anyway, what you can see on m nails is Mrs O’Leary’BBQ + one coat of Carnival Nights by Eveline (a Polish brand).
I like how it turned out but I’d like it better with a little bit less glitters.
Mrs O’Leary’s BBQ is the burgundy twin of Nails Inc.’s Saville Row, which is definitely more purple. I’m going to do a comparison soon.
See you soon !
Tease-y Does It is a part of the last Christmas collection by OPI and was my fave of the bunch. Silana kindly sent it to me.
I could wait to try it and see how good was the OPI version of my beloved glass-flecks nail polishes.
Tease-y Does It has a burgundy base, it’s dark and is a 2 coater. You could possibly try with only one coat, but you have to be very careful while applying the nail polish. The glass-fleckies are red and gold and give a really pretty “autumn-y” finish.
A close-up to the glass-flecks.
I was in the mood for comparisons, so I took the Golden Rose Paris Magic Colors 309 (phew!) and did one. You can see that they’re already different. The GR one seems to be a tad darker and has more reflects.
They’re even more different once applied.
The flackes in the GR polish are a bit more compact and homogeneous and they’re cleary bigger. The base is a dark plum with blue undertones.
That’s why you need both :))
